Click Here for the 8th Grade Yearbook Baby/Childhood Ad and Quote Form!

Send your 8th grader off to high school with a sweet message and a baby/childhood photo! Cost is $25. Also, it's a tradition for 8th graders to submit their favorite quotes for the yearbook (no cost, but parent approval is needed). Print the form for the baby/childhood ad and/or quote. The completed form must be turned into the office by Friday, March 2nd!

Internet Safety Night on February 28th

Join us on February 28th at 6:30 in the MMS library for an important workshop on "Engage, Educate, Empower: Digital Citizenship, Your Child & You" hosted by the Santa Clara Office of Education. Parents will gain resources to better understand how to oversee and manage their children's digital content and guide them into making smart ethical choices. We encourage parents to bring your child

Homework Center @ MMS and Anderson Elementary

Homework Center is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at MMS from 2:30 - 3:30 in Room H5. For those that take the bus to Anderson Elementary after school, Homework Center is held from 2:30 - 3:30 in Room H2 at Anderson on Tuesdays only. Note: No bus service is provided after Homework Center.

Registration is Now Open for Heart & Sole at MMS!

Heart & Sole is Girls on the Run of Silicon Valley’s middle school program. It is a life-changing, after-school program for girls in 6th-8th grades. Girls learn life skills such as healthy decision-making, teamwork and confidence while training for a 5K!
The season starts the week of March 5th. Our team will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 to 4:00 at MMS.

The Great Kindness Challenge is February 12th thru February 16th

Our MMS Cornerstone Secret Service Kindness Club is hosting The Great Kindness Challenge. This is a worldwide weeklong event that challenges students to complete a checklist of kindness acts. During this week, we will have spirit days and lunchtime activities to promote kindness and help students with their checklists.
Our Spirit Days are: Monday - wear beach/surf attire for "Ride the Kindness Wave Day", Tuesday - wear crazy hair for "Crazy for Kindness Day", Wednesday - wear pink and red for "Love and Kindness Day", Thursday - dress as a superhero/wear a cape for " Powered by Kindness Day", Friday - wear PJ's for "Dream of Kindness Day".
