Free COVID Testing

Moreland School District offers free Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) COVID testing for Moreland students. You may access testing Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 8:00 am at the Moreland School District office located at 4711 Campbell Avenue in San Jose. To participate in testing, click on the headline above to register your MMS student for the testing process. This registration is valid for up to 6 months.

1:10 Early Dismissal Days During Conferences

School will be dismissed at 1:10pm on the following days due to conferences: November 15, 16, 18, 19, 29 and 30 (school is dismissed at the regular time of 1:20pm on Wednesday, November 17).

Food Pantry for Moreland School District Families

The West Valley Community Services Food Pantry Truck (now called the Park It Market) will be in the District Office parking lot from 10:30am-12:30pm every 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesday of the month. Please bring your own bags. Click on the headline above to for additional information.

Lunch Clubs

MMS offers a variety of lunch clubs for our students! Lunch clubs are posted outside the office window, are announced each morning, and are also posted on our webpage (under the Students tab). We offer many lunch clubs including Pokemon Club, Homework Club, Comic Club, Lego Club, Math Club, Greenkeepers Club, and much more!

7th Grade: Sexual Health Education

MMS will teach comprehensive sexual health education during 7th grade science classes between November 29 and December 17, 2021. This course uses up-to-date and medically accurate health information to address many of the health issues students face, or may face, in their lifetime. Moreland has adopted Positive Prevention Plus aligned with CA Education Code 51933 and the California Healthy Youth Act (AB 329). Parents may examine written instructional materials during school hours. Lost & Found

Our Lost & Found is overflowing! We have a lot of jackets, sweatshirts, water bottles, and much more! Please ask your child to check our Lost & Found for any missing items. Our Lost & Found is kept right outside of the office. Any unclaimed items will be donated on Wednesday, November 10th.
